Pilih Kredit is an online loan information provider application, which is a loan product aggregation platform that integrates a number of loan products that have been registered and/or licensed by the OJK, so you can quickly and easily find the right cash loan product.

Name, Identity Number, Identity Card (KTP), Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), Place & Date of Birth, Religion, Address & Domicile, Email Address, Phone Number, Mother's Name, Marital Status, Number of Children, Educational Background, Employment Information, Contact Details and Emergency Contacts, as well as alternative contacts, Face Photos, financial data such as bank account numbers, income information (salary payment dates and monthly income), average monthly expenses, and transaction data such as loan status with other third parties, as well as information about the workplace (company name; company address; company contact number; monthly income; employment period; job; job description; guarantor's phone number; and/or guarantor's domicile).

We require camera permission when users use the application to support ID card photos and face verification.



7. Location

We require location permission to provide regional services in certain areas and also to prevent fraud.

All your materials (including browsing records or saved data when using this application) will not be voluntarily disclosed, rented, sold, or distributed to third parties. This information will only be used to provide services to you or improve your experience using this application.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information & Data

If deemed necessary and appropriate by Pilih Kredit, and in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, you are deemed to have agreed that your Personal Information and Data may be disclosed to our partner third parties to provide you with access and facilitate the use of our Application and/or Third Party Products to ensure Content, Loans, Services, Third Party Content, and Third Party Sites are displayed in the most effective manner for you and your Device, limited to fulfilling the Financial Technology Aggregator Services between Pilih Kredit and partner third parties.
